A limited trash collection will resume today with waste management personnel picking up rubbish from the main roads and artery roads.

The Department of Waste Management said that the roads are Middle Road, South Shore Road, North Shore Road, Harbour Road, Spanish Point Road and St. John's Road.

The artery roads are Cobb's Hill Road, Warwick, Sound View Road, Sandys, Ord Road, Warwick, Parsons Road, Pembroke, Harrington Sound Road, Smiths etc.

Solid waste manager, Alan Hunt advised that the private estate roads will not have trash collected at this time, because of accessibility restrictions and he suggested that they carry their rubbish to the nearest main artery road.

The public are also being advised that this service will only extend until the evening of September 20.

Recyclable garbage will be picked up on Thursday and Friday only. Trash pick up from the temporary locations has discontinued.
