Two properties in Paget were burgled in the early hours of Wednesday with $250 cash being taken in total.

The first incident was reported at a residence in Salt Kettle Road when a visitor to the Island said that at some time between 3.30 a.m. and 4.30 a.m. that morning an unknown person had gained entry into his room and stolen a money clip containing $125.

Later the same day Police were called to a property in Chapel Road where a resident said that between midnight and 6.30 a.m. an unknown person had entered her home and taken $120 cash and $5 worth of coins.
