A 26-year old Warwick man was in critical but stable condition at the hospital last night after suffering serious head injuries in a bike accident early Friday morning.

Police were called to Crow Lane in Paget near the north roundabout at 6.25 a.m. Friday. It appeared the man lost control of his cycle near the junction with Corkscrew Hill, striking the sidewalk and a wall.

He was rushed to hospital via ambulance for treatment of his head injuries and a broken right arm.
