A 31-year-old woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded not guilty of sexually assaulting another woman in Pembroke on April 9, 2005.

The woman also denied physically assaulting the same woman at the same date and time.

In Magistrates? Court yesterday, Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner released the accused on $5,000 bail with one surety to appear for trial on May 22.

She was represented by defence lawyer Craig Attridge. The Crown counsel was Wayne Caines.
