St. George's WestDean Foggo of the Progressive Labour Party pipped the United Bermuda Party's Kim Swan by just 22 votes to take the St. George's West seat in the 2003 General Election. Mr. Foggo and Mr. Swan will face each other again on December 18.Number of registered voters:
