Premier Dr. Ewart Brown last night hinted that a new newspaper could be hitting stores soon.

Dr. Ewart Brown did not go into details his speech to hundreds of Progressive Labour Party supporters in Somerset last night, but did imply something was coming.

"For the past nine years you have had to wonder what is and what is not when you read something in the paper," he said.

"It's not like you can pick it up — as you will be able to in the near future — and believe it.

"That was a hint."

Nothing more was said on the subject during the meeting which saw Somerset Secondary Middle School's auditorium packed to capacity. A press officer did not respond to a request for more information about the hint after the meeting concluded late in the evening.
