Camera, cash stolen in burglaries
Police attended two reported burglaries yesterday morning.
Police received a report of a burglary at Al's Laundry on Brunswick Street in Pembroke. The complainant stated that sometime between 6.30 p.m. Monday and 5.30 a.m. yesterday someone broke in, and got away with cash.
Police also attended a reported burglary at a Cedar Park Road, Devonshire residence.
On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime earlier an unknown culprit gained entry into his home. The culprit stole an HP laptop computer.
And on Wednesday night, Police attended a reported burglary at a Stowe Hill, Paget residence.
The complainant said sometime between 6:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into her home while it was unoccupied.
The culprit stole a Nikon camera, a gold watch and a black purse containing cash and personal items.
Inquiries into these incidents are underway.
