Focus on work on Disabilities Day

The U.N. International Day of Disabled Persons will be marked by the Ministry of Community and Cultural Affairs and The National Office For Seniors And The Physically Challenged (NOSPC) on Monday.
The NOSPC will have a booth on display at the lower level of the Washington Mall from 10 a.m. Minister of Community and Cultural Affairs, Wayne Perinchief, will be there at 12 p.m. In a statement, Government said people are welcome to visit the booth and learn how people with disabilities are making a contribution to society. The annual observance of the International Day of Disabled Persons aims to promote an understanding of disability issues. This year's theme is Decent Work For Persons With Disabilities.
