Police alerted to burglaries

Police attended two burglaries on Tuesday morning.The first one happened at 4 a.m. at a Warwick guest property. The complainant, a security guard at the property, said he discovered a person had entered a restaurant on the property stealing a quantity of cash. Later that morning, Police attended a burglary at a South Road, Hamilton Parish home. The complainant said between 1.30 a.m. and 8 a.m. that day, a burglar entered the home stealing a black wallet with cash, a Canon Powershot digital camera, a blue Motorola Razr cell phone and personal items.Police are investigating both matters.
