Police today appealed to the public to help find a 16-year-old boy who went missing almost a month ago.

Mandela Smith disappeared on October 31 although there has been a recent sighting of him in the Ord Road, Paget/Warwick area.

Police said that when he went missing he was wearing his Tech School uniform and is described as dark skinned, six feet, weighing around 215 pounds , with a close haircut.

Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of Mandela Smith should contact the Juvenile and Domestic Crime Unit on 295-0011.

A Police spokesman said: "We are quite concerned about this 16-year-old and we are reminding the public that aiding and abetting a minor is a crime and punishable under the law."
