A 16-year old Devonshire boy was charged with importing more than $40,000 of narcotics.

Kushae Lorenzo Eugene Hypolite pleaded not guilty to importing cannabis resin and possessing the drug with intent to supply in St. George's on June 25.

The drugs are worth $41,900 at street value.

Hypolite, of Cedar Park Road, was granted $5,000 bail but must surrender his travel documents and report to Hamilton Police every Friday until his trial in February.
