Trespasser arrested at Hamilton church

A repeat trespasser of the Hamilton Seventh-day Adventist church was confronted by church officials, who caught him trespassing at 6 a.m. on Saturday.

According to Police, it appears the suspect had his belongings in one of the church rooms when the church elder approached him and questioned him on his presence there, after he was previously arrested for doing the same.

The man tried to escape but was prevented from leaving by two other church members until officers could arrive. He was arrested and taken to the Hamilton Police Station.
