For the next two and half days a large number of trucks will be moving sand and stone from Penno's Wharf in St. George's to the Engineering Quarry Depot for asphalt manufacturing.

The Ministry of Works of Engineering has advised motoring public as of 9 a.m. this morning the trucks will be beginning their runs.

This operation will continue until midnight today and resume again tomorrow morning, continuing until 10 p.m. that night.

The work is scheduled to be completed by noon on Saturday.
