Police attended a reported burglary on Wednesday at a Roberts Avenue home where the thief stole electronics and jewellery.

On arrival, officers spoke to the complainant who said between 8.50 a.m. and 6 p.m., a culprit entered her home while she wasn't there and stole a 57-inch Sony TV, a PlayStation 3 video game system and a quantity of jewellery.

Police are investigating the matter.
