Woman finds man leaving her apartment
Police attended three break-ins on Thursday.
A watch and cash were taken from a Lismore Lane, Pembroke home. The woman who lives in the residence told Police she returned from doing her laundry on the premises at 3.30 p.m. and noticed a man walking out of her apartment.
The man, who was brown skinned and missing some of his teeth ran off when she confronted him. He was wearing a red cap an orange and brown coat at the time of the break-in.
Also on Thursday, Police were called to Church Dale, Smith’s, and told that a thief broke into the home the previous day and stole two i-Pods (one red, one black), a black Sony Ericsson cellular phone, a silver Pentax digital camera and a gold necklace.
Later that night, Police attended another break-in report at Brunswick Street, Pembroke. They were told that someone had taken cash, two gold men’s watches and two gold chains.
