But 30-year-old Percy Anderson still remains in King Edward VII Memorial Hospital's intensive care unit. And the second victim, 17-year-old Jamal Bailey, remains in critical condition.

Both men suffered serious head injuries in an early morning collision near the Spicelands Riding Centre in Warwick on Monday. It appeared the collision occurred as one of drivers -- believed to have been Mr. Bailey -- was attempting to overtake a bus.

Mr. Bailey, of Southampton, and Mr. Anderson, of Warwick, were rushed to hospital by ambulance and have remained in guarded condition since.
