Mr. Arnold Todd to the Attorney General's chambers.

Police have been probing allegations of irregularities in Mr. Todd's bank lending practices for three years.

But Attorney General Mr. Walter Maddocks said he does not know the complete nature of the evidence that investigators have collected.

"I have received part of the file,'' he said. "I don't have it all yet.'' Mr. Maddocks said he would not begin studying the case until he has all of the facts that Police have uncovered.

"We won't begin even looking at it until then,'' he said.
