charged with the offence in Magistrates' Court.

Daniel L. Johnson, 31, of Hamilton Parish was not required to enter a plea to the indictable charge and was remanded in custody for mention on February 24.

The alleged robbery occurred just after 7.30 p.m. last Saturday.

Johnson, who is being represented by Mr. Peter Smith, is an American with the right of residence in Bermuda.
