Raymond Weeks, 28, of St John's Road, was caught speeding along Crow Lane, Devonshire, by Police who discovered he was disqualified from driving.

Sgt. Earl Kirby, prosecuting, said that Weeks has been caught twice in recent years for driving while disqualified.

He was already banned until March 30, 1994 before he attended court yesterday.

Senior Magistrate, the Wor. Will Francis fined him $280 for speeding, $500 for driving while disqualified and extended his disqualification by two years. Mr.

Francis also gave Weeks a three months prison sentence suspended for two years.
