Anthony Leroy Landy, 23, was fined $350 and disqualified for a second 18-month period after pleading guilty to the charges in Magistrates' Court.
Police Sgt. Earl Kirby, prosecuting, told the court that Landy was stopped on Cox's Hill in Pembroke at 9.30 p.m. on July 27.
Landy reportedly told the Policeman who stopped him: "I'm on my way to my girl. She's having a baby.'' The patrolman discovered Landy was disqualified from driving until January 13, 1993.
Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis imposed the fine and driving ban.
Landy will be off the road until July 13, 1994.
