Curator of the Bermuda Aquarium, Museum and Zoo (BAMZ), Jack Ward is urging any and everyone who is interested to attend a meeting at the Aquarium on December 9 at 7 p.m.

Fifty-four programme ideas emerged following a preliminary meeting held late last month. But Mr. Ward noted that success of the various projects will require the participation of a lot more people.

One of the projects planned is a youth environmental conference. Other planned events include the launch of the Biodiversity Strategic Action Plan, an environmental parade at the Agricultural Exhibition, a community project to clean up the Pembroke Canal, a trashathon, tree plantings, open houses and competitions.
