Bottom Line goes quarterly
times a year. The magazine, which was published twice a year in the spring and fall, will now appear in January, April, July and October.
Chris Gibbons, managing editor of Crown Communications, said the decision to make the magazine a quarterly was due to increased advertising demand over the past year.
"It's something we've wanted to do for sometime,'' Mr. Gibbons said. "The magazine was originally launched as an annual review in 1991 and then became a bi-annual publication when Crown Communications was established in 1992. The next logical step has always been to make it a quarterly -- it was just a question of when.'' Crown, The Royal Gazette's magazine division, will publish the next issue of The Bottom Line on July 17. A gradual re-design of the magazine has been underway for the past two years, Mr. Gibbons said. Regular features and columnists will be introduced over the next few issues.
The Bottom Line has a print run of 6,500 and is a free publication. Crown also publishes RG Magazine.
