Owners Frascati Hotel Company had submitted extensive plans to build new facilities and renovate existing buildings at the Kings Point Road, Sandys site.

The scheme includes demolishing existing cottages and erecting 12 new units.

In addition, four new deluxe units will be established.

The spa will be converted to a kitchen and restaurant, with bar and walkway.

And, if plans are approved by the Development Applications Board, a squash court, gazebo and housekeeping unit will also be built.

Also included in the plans is landscaping and the re-alignment of the access road.
