Eastern Division as Ch. Insp. Vendal Bridgeman steps down.

Governor Thorold Masefield and party -- Mayor of St. George Lois Perinchief, and Police Commissioner Jean-Jacques Lemay -- will attend the ceremony at 7.30 p.m. in the Town Square.

The incoming Commander is Ch. Insp. Norman Ingemann.

The ceremony will include the signing of the Official Document and the handing over of the Change of Command baton.

Ch. Insp. Bridgeman will take the salute of the marching units of the Police Service and the St. George's Fire Brigade.

The marchers will be accompanied by the St. George's Salvation Army Corps Band.
