The Ministry of Works and Engineering said areas of Paget and Warwick which normally have their garbage collected on Friday will instead have collection on Saturday, December 26.

Garbage and recyclables collection will be as normal on Monday, December 28, but there will be no collection on New Year's Day. Areas that normally receive Friday collection will again receive their collection one day late on Saturday, January 2.

Beginning the week of January 11, a special collection of Christmas trees is planned. Christmas trees will be collected on the same days as garbage and recyclables.

The disposal facilities at the Marsh Folly depot will be open on Boxing Day from 7.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. and again on Monday, December 28 for the same hours.

A collection of bulky items is planned for April.
