Warwick Hotel Company for more than $90,000.

Mr. DeSilva, who is represented by Moniz & George law firm, was hired by the Warwick Hotel Company when it converted a portion of the former Inverurie Hotel into condominiums, now called Harbour House.

Mr. DeSilva declined to comment other than to say he spent nine months working at Harbour House.

The writ, filed in the Supreme Court, is in the amount of $93,120.39.
