Former Sergeants Lloyd Burchall and Morris White were promoted to the rank of Lieutenant.

Lt. Burchall has 17 years experience in the service and is presently assigned to the Training Division while Lt. White has 19 years service and is assigned to the Operations Division.

Also from Training Division, former firefighters Steven Caines, Ralph Scott and Alex Swan were promoted to the rank of Sergeant, as was former Operations Division firefighter John Waddell.
