Supt. Alan Bissell moves from Head of Management Support to Officer-in-Charge of Specialist Operations, where he will be responsible for Traffic, Operational Planning, Technology, Prosecutions and the Marine Section.

He will also coordinate the planned closed circuit television system for the City of Hamilton.

Moving into Operations as the National Traffic Enforcement Coordinator is Ch.

Insp. Larry Smith.

The former Officer-in-Charge of the Western Division's previous position will be filled by Ch. Insp. Roger Brydon who leaves Central Uniform.

Ch. Insp. Phil Every has been made specifically responsible for Prosecutions and the Marine Section while Ch. Insp. Derek Smith leaves Management Support for Central Uniform.
