Truck driver Andrew Fox was not required to plead before Magistrate Edward King yesterday.

Fox, 29, of Vaucrossons Crescent, Pembroke, was charged with conspiring with Victor Arthur Bean, Keith Maurice Smith and Antowyn Robert Bennett of possessing cannabis with intent to supply between a date unknown and January 17.

Fox was also charged with handling with intent to supply along with the three other men and conspiring with the three men and others unknown to import cannabis between those dates.

Fox was ordered to surrender travel documents and bailed for $20,000 with like surety to reappear, along with the three others before Magistrates on February 21 for mention.

Police estimate the street value of cannabis to be about $281,000.
