Smith was caught driving her auxiliary cycle drunk twice between December and February and when she was breathlasyed, gavin readings of 137 and 199 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. The legal limit is 80.

Smith admitted both charges.

"You're going to be right and I'm going to be wrong,'' she said. "Everyone in this court knows I'm a drinking person.''
