Omar Parsons, of Wellington Slip Road, was arrested on January 27 and taken to the St. George's Police Station for having no rear light, defective brakes, using offensive words and failing to stop for Police.

After Sgt. Kenrick James read a summary of the facts, Parsons laughed and told the Senior Magistrate that he had no intention of paying any fines because the Police procedure was improper.

"I was handcuffed and they said they were going to search me. They were so tight I was begging them to stop. Those Barbadian cops don't belong here. This system is a fraud and I would say that to the Queen herself if she was here,'' he said.
