Mr. Nelson Hunt and his lawyer Mr. Paul King received the news after the Liquor Licensing Board visited Pier Six off Front Street early yesterday morning.

The site visit included a look at numerous alterations to the facility, including the construction of a stage and installation of toilets.

MAN ARRESTED FOR IMPAIRED DRIVING CTS Man arrested for impaired driving A 28-year-old Pembroke man was yesterday arrested for impaired driving after a Police chase.

A Police spokesman said Police were on patrol around 2.10 a.m. when they saw a truck driving along Hermitage Road in Devonshire in an erratic manner.

The officers tried to stop the truck but it continued along Middle Road, onto Parsons Road and finally stopped on Jubilee Road.

The Police spokesman said the driver then got out of the truck and ran.

Police chased him on foot and eventually caught him.

The matter was still under investigation.

MAN DISQUALIFIED FOR DRUNK DRIVING CTS Man disqualified for drunk driving Forty-one-year-old Frederick Curtis was banned from driving for a year and fined $350 for driving while impaired.

Curtis, of Wellington Hill, St. George's, pleaded guilty at Magistrates' Court to drink driving.

Senior Magistrate, the Wor. Will Francis, was told that on November 4, Police saw Curtis having difficulty controlling his motorbike. The self-employed painter was stopped and admitted he had been drinking.
