Forty-seven-year-old Sinclair Fox, of Bob's Valley Lane, was arrested under the Misuse of Drugs Acts around 11 a.m. on March 10 outside a Front Street shop.

Police prosecutor Sgt. Donald Grant said when Police searched Fox at the Hamilton Police Station they found a miniature bottle, which was made into a pipe, on him. The pipe showed cocaine residue.

Fox, who was last in court on January 18 for possession of cocaine, was ordered to pay a $200 fine.
