Kevin Boys, of Middle Road, pleaded guilty in Magistrates' Court to driving while disqualified, for having no third party insurance, and for having no vehicle licence on September 15.

Magistrate Mr. Edward King fined Boys $750 for driving while disqualified, $350 for having no third party insurance, and $100 for having no vehicle licence.

Mr. King also added an additional year to Boys' present 18-month licence suspension.
