Rawn M. Warner, 17, of Hartle Road, also denied aiding Areville Simmons in escaping Police custody on August 7, and escaping custody himself.

Warner, who appeared in Magistrates' Court, was released on $500 bail with a like surety. He will stand trial on August 7.
