Man denies charges of assaulting women
Friday to four separate charges of unlawful assault involving two different women.
Delvin Parris of Cochrane Road also denied using threatening behaviour on one occasion and to entering property without permission after being notified that he was not allowed there.
Prosecutor Sgt. Donald Grant said Parris allegedly unlawfully assaulted Leonie Hawker, used threatening behaviour and trespassed on Hawker's property on July 3.
Sgt. Grant told the court that Parris also allegedly trespassed on Hawker's property twice and unlawfully assaulted her and Linda Parris on August 11.
And he said Parris allegedly assaulted Linda Parris again on Thursday.
Acting Senior Magistrate the Wor. Edward King granted bail for $500 with a surety of the same amount and told Parris that he could have no contact with either Hawker or Linda Parris and was not allowed to enter any property which Hawker owned.
