guilty to three charges of sexually abusing a girl under the age of 14.

The man was charged with having carnal knowledge of a girl under the age of 14, indecently and unlawfully assaulting her and touching her with part of his body for a sexual purpose when he was in a position of trust.

He was released on $3,000 bail with one surety.
