Merrimack gives `best value' to its students
Merrimack College, President Richard Santagati says they teach knowledge and values and he attributes their ranking in the top 25 percent of colleges and universities in the Northeastern United States to that.

Dedicated in 1993, The Mendel Center Houses the finest astronomy dome and telescope north of Boston and major new laboratory and computer facilities.
McQuade Library has nearly 125,000 volumes and over 900 periodicals. The library offers a computerised catalog, study carrels, math & writing centers a media center with TV studio, the College's main VAX computers, computer laboratories, a 180-seat auditorium, and an art gallery.
Volpe Athletic Center features a 3,600-seat hockey arena, a 1,700-seat gymnasium, squash and handball courts, and a new state-of-the art fitness and aerobics areas.
Outdoor facilities include tennis courts, baseball, soccer, softball fields and intramural fields.
Campus housing is varied and is available for all four years.
