Bermudian Business Pages, which will be launched next year, is designed as a complementary volume to the company's Bermuda Business Directory, which focuses on the Island's international businesses.

Bermudian Publishing's president Mr. Kevin Stevenson said: "The Bermudian Business Pages 1993/94 will be a working guide to domestic businesses operating on the Island.

"It is intended to be the source to determine where to go for services and products available in Bermuda. There will be names, numbers, services provided, and much more.

"There is an urgent need for this type of book. At the moment, the only product offering similar listings is the Yellow Pages and that's wholly inadequate.

"We are designing the book so it will be a suitable size to sit comfortably under the telephone for easy access.'' Early indications are that the directory will include approximately 2,000 companies, he said.

Each entry will cost $5, which Mr.Stevenson said was a nominal sum.
