being sued by the property's owners -- a Devonshire church.

At the end of July Sabrina Kirby, who runs the Woodlands Playhouse Nursery and Preschool from the Christ Church hall, received a letter from church authorities asking her to vacate the property by the beginning of September.

And even though Mrs. Kirby is preparing to move out of the hall in the next few weeks, a writ by the Church Vestry of Devonshire Parish has now been filed against her.

Last night Christ Church Rector Canon James Francis could not be reached for comment.
