charged with conspiring to import $150,000 of cocaine.
Bermudian Aston Edwards, 42, and Canadian William Maximchuk, 44, will return to Magistrates' Court on October 4 when it will be decided if there is sufficient evidence to warrant a Supreme Court trial.
And a Canadian woman who faces similar charges has been granted two more weeks for her lawyer to go over the case details.
Like the two men, Paula Madill, 33, of Calgary, Alberta, pleaded not guilty to the conspiracy charges last month.
Madill, Maximchuk and Edwards are charged with, between an unknown date and June 28, in Bermuda and elsewhere and with others, conspiring to import cocaine. She will be tried separately.
All three are also charged with importing the cocaine.
Maximchuk, also from Calgary, faces two further charges of possession of cocaine with intent to supply and importing the drug on June 28.
