to inform the public on drug abuse and road safety.

Some 50 to 75 officers and their families will take part in a march which will begin at 9 a.m. at Global House on Church Street. The march will end at the National Stadium.

"Needless to say we will be carrying banners in support of various departments within the Service,'' Police spokeswoman Insp. Roseanda Jones said. "We're encouraging everyone to wear a red ribbon to signify support for the `Moment of Consciousness' and the continuing fight against drug abuse.'' Police will share an exhibit with Crime Stoppers Bermuda at the stadium.

The exhibit will include, among other things, a Police motorcycle and car for youngsters to pose on for photographs; an explicit drug display with a narcotics officer on hand to identify drugs of abuse; and a reflex machine to test your reflexes in an emergency on the roads.

Also available will be Crime Stoppers stickers, key rings, brochures, and red ribbons with the logo "Leading the Way Drug Free''.
