Mr. Augustinovic is believed to be leaving following a disagreement with the company's Board of Directors but details are not being released.

Mr. Augustinovic, who has held the position of managing director for several years, said: "This is something that's going to happen before the end of the year. A date has not yet been decided on.'' He said he was leaving "of my own accord''.

Board member Mr. Randy French said: "I feel what goes on at Board level is confidential and I would decline to discuss it.''
