gas station robbery.

The robbery took place around 9.15 p.m. on Wednesday night when two men stole an undetermined amount of cash.

The proprietress of the gas station, who was the only one in the station at the time, said that as she was giving one of the men his change he pulled a knife and jumped over the counter.

The second man then came inside and walked around the counter. He then began taking cash out of the till while the first man threatened her with the knife.

She then showed them where the safe was.

The men then left the store, jumped on a motor cycle, and escaped via the western entrance.

Police reported that the first robber was a black male about six feet tall and weighing approximately 200 pounds without facial hair.

At the time of the robbery he was wearing a white crash helmet with a cap underneath and a white T-shirt with a multi-coloured pattern on it.

The second robber was a black male with no facial hair who was slightly taller than the first man and slimmer with a lighter complexion.

He was wearing a handkerchief over his nose and a pair of dark sunglasses.

There were no injuries.
