Robinson to develop property units at McGall's Hill, Smith's Parish.

Neither party was saying much yesterday about the action, which was filed on Wednesday.

Mr. Robinson's lawyer Mr. Wendell Hollis said: "If the readers of The Royal Gazette really need to know about what is essentially a civil matter between Mr. Terceira and Mr. Robinson then let them judge by the identity of the plaintiff (Mr. Terceira).'' Mr. Terceira, who lives in the US, was not available for comment.
