US visitors held at knife point

The incident occurred around 2.30 p.m. on Wednesday.
Police spokesperson Evelyn James Barnett said New Jersey visitors reported that they were approached in the Cut Road area by a "young man'' who, holding a knife in his hand, demanded money from them.
The couple told the assailant they did not have any money and after some discussion he left empty handed.
He was described as brown-skinned, between the age of 14 and 16 years, between five-feet-six-inches and five-feet-nine-inches tall, slim, and wearing a jacket with a hood and baggy blue jeans.
Police are investigating the incident.

Police attended the scene of the accident on Harbour Road, near Crown Hill, on Wednesday morning.
Spokesperson Evelyn James Barnett said it involved a green Daewoo Hatchback driven by a 65-year-old Warwick man and a black Suzuki RC cycle ridden by a 22-year-old Southampton woman with a passenger.
The car was believed to be travelling east on Harbour Road and the cycle was travelling behind it, she explained.
The car slowed for a large truck when the collision occurred.
Mrs. James Barnett said the rider received a bruised stomach while her passenger suffered a sprained right ankle. The truck driver was uninjured.
