A rough sailing experience

as shy. At first I had to swim 50 metres in my clothes. Then I was put in the beginner's group. I had to sail a little boat called a Pram.

First we went over water safety rules, then parts of the boat. That was very hard. Next we went where the Prams were kept. The teachers told us the most important techniques in sailing.

When we first went out to sail I was kind of scared because I didn't want to capsize.

While I was sailing the only thing in my mind was capsizing. But I made it. My goal was a success and I was proud of that.

The second day was gloomy and very windy. I was scared.

When my group went down to the beach everybody said they didn't want to sail.

My plan was to listen and understand every word the teacher said because they were talking about how to sail in strong winds. My goal was again was not to capsize.

Soon we went out to sail. Lots of people tipped over but I didn't and I was proud of myself and so were the teachers.
