Cablevision van driver and left a ladder embedded in a bus's windscreen.

The accident at the junction of Palmetto and Bishop Spencer roads in Pembroke on Thursday morning, involved three vehicles; a private car, a Cablevision van, and a Government bus.

Police spokesman Sgt. Chris Wilcox yesterday said all three vehicles were traveling east along Palmetto Road when the car and the van slowed down and stopped at the junction with Bishop Spencer Road.

But the bus driver did not realise what was happening until it was too late and hit the back of the van, pushing the van into the back of the car.
