Court trial of the two men accused of the attack.

The pair are accused of seriously sexually assaulting the Pembroke woman on December 11, 1994 at the equestrian centre on Vesey Street in Devonshire.

At the time of the incident, both men lived in Devonshire and were 19 and 17 years old.

Earlier in the trial, the 29-year-old woman recounted her version of an alleged rape for the five-woman, seven-man jury.

The woman told the court that she visited several Hamilton night spots and throughout the evening consumed a few drinks.

He eventually agreed to give her a ride, the woman continued to travel with the men.

After riding for an unknown time, the woman said she fell off the bike when it came to an "abrupt'' halt in an unfamiliar area.

The woman testified that the thinner of the two men removed her jeans, while the bigger man held his hand over her mouth, and allegedly raped her.

Yesterday, the woman -- who spent the day under cross examination by defence lawyer Archibald Warner -- admitted that at the time of the incident she was under the influence of alcohol. But "I wasn't falling over drunk,'' she said.
