last Wednesday leaving a man with cuts and bruises.

The complainant reported the incident this past Saturday, saying he had left Flanagan's pub at approximately 10 p.m. when he was pulled into Chancery Lane by two unknown males.

The assailants then allegedly struck him in the head, ripped his jeans and removed an amount of cash from his pocket.

The robbers also stole a plastic bag containing several T-shirts, but the victim was unable to provide Police with any description of his attackers.

In a separate incident, a 30-year-old Hamilton Parish man reported he was assaulted at the Anchorage Bar on North Shore Road in Devonshire.

The man said he confronted his attacker around 2.30 a.m. on Saturday after he suspected him of stealing some of his property.

The suspect quickly left the area, but later returned and punched the complainant several times in the head before fleeing.

And a 42-year-old Pembroke man reported that he was assaulted on Front Street on Saturday afternoon.

The victim said he was exiting his car when the suspect -- who is known to him -- struck him in the head with a crash helmet and then punched him in the face.
